Application fields:
1. Catalytic materials / molecular sieve industry (largest application market): hydrothermal synthesis of ZSM-5 molecular sieves (methanol-to-olefins, aromatics synthesis, petroleum catalytic cracking); synthesis of TS-1 titanium silicalite molecular sieves (green catalytic oxidation with hydrogen peroxide—propylene oxide, caprolactam processes); synthesis of pure-silica Silicalite-1 molecular sieves; also used for post-treatment modification of molecular sieves and pore etching to prepare hierarchical-pore molecular sieves.
2. Organic synthesis industry: phase-transfer catalyst; strong deprotonating base for organic reactions; synthesis of pharmaceutical and fine-chemical intermediates.
3. Electronics & semiconductor industry (high-purity grades): post-CMP wafer cleaning, anisotropic silicon wafer wet etching; photolithography developer aids to prevent pattern collapse; thin-film transistor manufacturing cleaners.
