This product is an excellent glass fiber surface treatment agent that greatly improves the mechanical strength, electrical properties, and anti-aging properties of various resins, nylon, and polysulfone fiberglass-reinforced materials.
For cold-setting resin sand in the foundry industry, adding a small amount of silane to the resin (after it dissolves by itself) can improve the strength of furan sand, greatly reducing the amount of resin added and thus lowering costs.
In adhesives, this product acts as a promoter, significantly improving the bonding strength between the adherend and the adhesive.
