Product Introduction
Polybutyl titanate is a titanium alkoxide and a very active primary titanate that hydrolyzes immediately upon contact with atmospheric moisture. Compared with other titanates, polybutyl titanate has the advantages of higher titanium dioxide content and less VOC emission.

Reaction catalyst: Polybutyl titanate is an effective catalyst for esterification, transesterification, condensation, and addition reactions, or as a Ziegler-Natta polymerization catalyst.
Coatings: Polybutyl titanate is used to treat glass, metal, fillers, and pigments to increase surface hardness, promote adhesion, improve scratch resistance, coloring effect, reflection of heat and light, iridescence, and corrosion resistance.
Paint additive: Polybutyl titanate can be used as an additive in paints, crosslinking functional polymers or binders, promoting adhesion, or used as the binder itself.
Other application fields: plastics industry; pharmaceutical industry and other fields.
