Product Introduction
This PVC heat stabilizer is a "multi-function-in-one" product. Based on the actual requirements of China's PVC industry, it adopts innovative technology and a specific process to form a fairly stable emulsified heat stabilizer. Its features: high efficiency, safety, non-toxicity, no pollution, and easy dilution; it disperses quickly when added into the polymerization kettle, with fine and uniform particle size, allowing it to be fully and rapidly embedded into the pores of PVC particles. Therefore, it can effectively increase the termination speed of the polymerization reaction and improve the aging-whiteness index that characterizes the thermal stability of PVC resin, as well as deliver better initial discoloration resistance during PVC product processing. The heat stabilizer not only meets user quality requirements but is also convenient to use.

It is an 'all-in-one' auxiliary in polyvinyl chloride resin production; its comprehensive uses are:
1. As a heat stabilizer for PVC resin, so no other heat stabilizer needs to be added to the formulation;
2. As an excellent chain terminator in the late stage of the polymerization reaction in PVC resin production.
Features:
1. Excellent heat and light resistance;
2. Improves the plasticizing performance of PVC resin and reduces 'fish eyes' in products;
3. Minimizes non-volatile content;
4. Highly efficient and non-toxic auxiliary.
Usage:
1. Addition timing: add into the polymerization kettle when the pressure drops by 0.05–0.1 MPa at the late stage of the polymerization reaction.
2. Addition amount: generally about 0.06%–0.08% of the VCM monomer weight.
