Product Introduction

This anti-fouling agent is used in the PVC polymerization process to protect the inner wall of the polymerization kettle, with excellent anti-fouling effect. After spraying, it forms a protective layer on the stainless steel surface that prevents materials from sticking to the kettle, extends the cleaning cycle, improves equipment utilization, and enhances PVC resin quality.

Applications

Features:
1. Special component of polyhydric phenolic condensation, providing better prevention of PVC resin adhesion to the kettle wall.
2. Added chitin and other special film-forming components, chelating more firmly with the stainless steel kettle wall.
3. Unique formula reduces COD in the residual wall-coating liquid after spraying.
Usage:
1. First open the spray valve; after it rotates for 40 seconds, open the steam regulating valve and the steam cut-off valve to introduce steam into the kettle for 50 seconds.
2. After 50 seconds of steam introduction, start the anti-fouling agent pump, open the regulating valve and cut-off valve, and begin coating the kettle. When the coating amount reaches the formula amount, stop the pump, then close the cut-off valve and regulating valve in turn, and then close the upper steam valves in turn.
3. Open the bottom valve (valve position to steam position), open the lower steam regulating valve and steam cut-off valve; steam is introduced from the kettle bottom. After 60 seconds (kettle temperature reaches 70–75°C), close the steam regulating valve, steam cut-off valve, and bottom valve.
4. During coating from start to finish, keep the circulating water main and auxiliary regulating valves open at 4%.
5. To ensure coating effect, regularly inspect the spray valve on the kettle (recommended cycle: 30 days); check whether the spray pipe nozzles are blocked (based on flow difference of water flushing by flowmeter). Intuitive monitoring: based on the flushing flow rate of the spray valve in fully unobstructed state. If flow drops significantly, the spray valve is blocked and should be repaired.

30-batch kettle: 1.5kg; 45-batch kettle: 2.5kg; 70-batch kettle: 4.0kg; 105-batch kettle: 7.0kg; 127-batch kettle: 8.0kg.
